In Truth & Harm
Synopsis
A Swedish wedding at a villa in Tuscany gathers family and friends for a weekend of love, wine, and grand promises. But beneath the surface, years of suppressed anger, guilt, and power games are simmering. When a young waitress is found dead in the pool the morning after the celebration, the facade cracks. No one knows what happened — but everyone carries guilt.
As the bride tries to hold together an already fractured wedding, we follow sisters, mothers, men, and outsiders in a charged web of revelations, loss of control, and quiet collapse. At the intersection of class and intimacy, guilt and love, an existential chamber piece unfolds — where every relationship is put to the test.
An ensemble drama about everything we don’t say — and what it costs to finally say it.
